Cedar Nest Living provides home renovation, interior/exterior design, installation, and related services. All services are subject to availability and final agreement between parties.

3. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance. Final pricing may vary based on scope changes, material upgrades, or unforeseen conditions discovered during work.

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment schedule: 30% deposit upon signing, 40% at project midpoint, 30% upon completion. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly fee.

5. Project Timeline

Timelines are estimates based on typical conditions. Delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or client-requested changes may extend completion dates.

6. Warranties

We provide 1-year workmanship warranty on all labor. Structural work carries a lifetime warranty. Material warranties follow manufacturer terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cedar Nest Living's liability is limited to the value of services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in New York, NY.

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project within 72 hours of signing the contract for a full refund of your deposit. After 72 hours, cancellation fees apply based on work completed.

2. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Material Returns

Unused, unopened materials may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom-order and special-order items are non-refundable.

4. Workmanship Issues

If you're unsatisfied with completed work, contact us within 30 days. We'll inspect and either repair, replace, or refund the affected portion at our discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Consultation fees, design deposits, permits, and third-party contractor fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
